Lupinen haben nicht nur eine einzigartig schöne Blüte, sondern vor allem auch richtige Power-Samen. Diese sind besonders eiweißreich und eignen sich deswegen hevorragend zur Herstellung von veganem Proteinpulver. Und genau das tun wir!
Zuerst werrden die Lupinensamen geerntet. Im nächsten Schritt werden sie gepresst, um das enthaltene Wasser zu entfernen. Anschließend werden die Flocken erneut gewässert. So kann das Eiweiß aus der Faserstruktur herausgelöst werden. Diese Masse wird dann noch einmal erhitzt, um überschüssiges Wasser verdampfen zu lassen. Zurück bleibt Lupinenprotein.
