How is the rice cookie peanut mix made?

To make rice cakes, cleaned rice grains are hulled, ground and then steamed in large cauldrons. After a day of rest, the rice mixture is filled into appropriate molds and baked. Afterwards, only the spices are added. Meanwhile, our peanuts are wrapped in a spicy wasabi coating and then join the rice treat. Ready is a nibble mix of the extra class!

What is the best way to store the Peanut Rice Cake Mix?

Please store your snack mix in a cool, dry place that is protected from light. In the original sealed packaging, your rice cookie mix will keep for at least 9 months from the time of production.

What is rice cakes anyway?

Rice crackers, also called aare, are various forms of Japanese rice crackers. They consist of rice, wheat flour, peanuts, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and seaweed, among other ingredients, and can be refined with a wide variety of spices.

Is the rice cookie peanut wasabi mix vegan?

Our mix of rice cookies and wasabi peanuts is "only" vegetarian, but not vegan. Among other things, it contains milk sugar (lactose) and is therefore not suitable for a vegan diet.
