Never heard of maca? Then it's high time you did! The maca plant, also known as Lepidium peruvianum, is a true survival fighter. In the Andes of Peru, the plant grows under pretty gnarly conditions between 4000 and 4400 metres in altitude. Crazy, isn't it? The herbaceous plant uses its underground tuber as a storage organ, as this part is well protected. So it makes sense that the root contains the most vitamins and minerals. I take this powder together with ASHWAGANDA moringa and barley grass and my body has changed completely my hair is growing like crazy, my hair loss has stopped completely my fingernails are so hard now that I could even tighten a screw with it, I have always had hard fingernails but now they are so hard, that I can't even bend them and I could before but now they have become really really incredibly hard and the nice thing is that my hair is growing again and my hair is getting its color back, I was suddenly completely gray, I lost my hair all because of a stupid illness, I was already totally desperate but since I put this combination in my smoothie every day and drink it with pleasure every day, so much has changed in my body and I am just happy, my hair which I had given up has become extremely full again and I have my hair color back, I have gone from grey back to brown, unbelievably everyone asks me if I have dyed my hair, which of course I haven't done and everyone sees that I suddenly have bangs that I haven't cut, my bald patches on my head are gone because everything has grown back, I suddenly feel completely different, I don't know if it works like that for everyone, but something has completely changed for me and they come back and naturally take you further.
