When you think of raw food, the first things that come to mind are probably carrot and celery sticks, or your hippie uncle who has been a raw diet for five years and stares at you with disgust simply for eating chips. But raw food can be delicious: introducing our chocolaty cocoa raw bars!

Mixed, not baked

Our raw bars are not baked in the oven. The ingredients are simply mixed together and shaped into bars, meaning the ingredients are never heated throughout the process. The result: a bar that brings you power for your everyday life. Thanks to the high-quality organic ingredients, our raw bar tastes so intense and deliciously sweet that you won't be able to get enough of it. At least that's what happened here at KoRo since we first tasted the raw bars. Because we want you to be part of our raw food bar fan club, we offer our bars in three different flavours: along with our cocoa raw bar, we also offer a fruity raspberry raw bar and we have an organic cashew raw bar in our selection for our nut enthusiasts. Energy bar without additional sugar

Muesli bars are perfect for the small hunger pangs in between: after sports, at work or to replenish your energy reserves while shopping. However, the conventional bars from the supermarket are usually packed with chocolate, sugar and preservatives. With us, on the other hand, you know what you're getting. No endless ingredient lists, just four ingredients - all completely organic. No added sugar, but high-quality dates for that certain sweetness. No sweetened chocolate flavouring, but high-quality cocoa powder. So simple, so good.

What's special about our chocolate raw food bars

Unlike other muesli bars, our Raw Bar with cocoa comes without oat flakes and is consequently naturally gluten-free. Since we don't sweeten with honey, our raw bars with cocoa are completely vegan. Your mouth is already watering? Then order a whole box of our organic raw food bars with cocoa right away. Maybe you still have one or two bars left over for your flatmates - or for your uncle who eats a raw food diet.

What is special about Organic Raw Bar Cocoa?

With our Cocoa Raw Bar in your luggage, you'll always have a power kick at your disposal. We don't use any additional refined sugar or honey to sweeten the bar - just the natural sweetness of dates. This makes the cashew raw food bars a great alternative to conventional sweets. And thanks to the bulk pack at a special price, our bars are cheaper than most snacks and bars from your local supermarket.

What does Raw Bar and raw food bar mean?

Raw Bars are bars made exclusively from raw ingredients. Raw bars are therefore made without the use of heat and are not baked. What many appreciate about a raw food diet is that the food retains its natural nutrients. Frying, baking and cooking otherwise often results in the loss of fiber, vitamins or minerals.

How can I make energy bars myself?

If you have snacked your way through the Bar World from KoRo and now want to get creative yourself - then take a look at our recipe page. There we collect all our favorite recipes. There are basically two ways how you can get to your homemade granola bar. Either you can bake the dough classically like a cookie, or you can opt for the "raw" version. Here, the ingredients remain raw and are only pureed in the Mixer. The standard ingredients for granola bars are Dates and Oats. For fruit bars you can use dried fruits like Goji berries, Mulberries or Apple rings add - you are spoiled for choice here! As a true nut fan you should go for chopped Almond kernels or Cashews not do without. The exact preparation you can in one of our numerous muesli bar recipes take a closer look. The advantage of making muesli bars yourself is that you can freely choose the ingredients. Never again the disappointment when you have hoped for cocoa nibs and find none. You can simply replace the honey in some recipes with Agave syrup or coconut blossom syrup in some recipes. The result: a vegan granola bar with a difference! You want a bar with more protein? Then add some Protein powder and consume your bar after sports. Let your creativity run wild!
