If you don't believe birch juice can replace your favourite sodas, maybe we can convince you with a few facts: birch juice naturally contains a little sugar and is therefore pleasantly sweet and fresh. We only add a few drops of ginger juice, lime juice and lemon juice, along with some fructose. What's more, it is really low in calories! It has only 16 kcal per 100 ml. Does the word "birch" ring a bell? Well, pay attention, because not only birch sap is really delicious: the natural sugar substitute xylitol is also made from birch! Also known as birch sugar, xylitol possesses almost the same sweetening power as refined sugar but is way lower in calories. And compared to coconut blossom sugar and stevia, it does not even have a flavour or aftertaste. Birch is an all-around wonder!
