Always try new things is the key to a varied diet. So today we have a breakfast casserole for you. Normally you would classify a casserole rather as lunch or dinner, but why always stick to traditions? This great recipe is an apple curd casserole, so a real fitness breakfast.

Step 1/4
Mix all ingredients, except the apple and the egg white.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.

Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces and spread evenly over the mixture.

Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
