2 frozen Bananas
150 g Strawberries
3 tbsp. Peanut kernels
2 UNIT Dates
140 ml Plant puree or milk
3 tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
2 Tsp. Psyllium husks
  • Step 1/2

    Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.

  • Step 2/2

    Serve smoothie in a bowl and decorate with fruits, (coconut) yogurt and nuts of your choice.
