A change from classic bolo: Vegan Walnut Mushroom Pasta.

100 g Walnuts
3 UNIT stalks celery
500 g Mail
7 UNIT Mushrooms
1 UNIT Onion
25 g Spelt flour
1 tbsp. Olive oil
350 ml Tomato sauce with herbs
1 Tsp. Pizza seasoning
2 UNIT Garlic cloves
100 ml Water
1 tbsp. Tomato paste
1 Tsp. Vegan alternative to parmesan
0 as necessary Fresh parsley
0 as necessary Pepper
0 as necessary Salt
0 as necessary Fresh basil

    Place walnuts, spelt flour, salt and pepper in a blitz chopper and grind.

  • Step 2/7

    Bring water to a boil and add salt.

  • Step 3/7

    Chop the celery, onion and garlic.

  • Step 4/7

    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Then add celery, onions and garlic and sauté briefly.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Add 1 tsp oil to the water
