This recipe rivals the real sun! If you have a hard time deciding at the bakery, you can now conjure up your own creations from ready-made bun dough.
2 tbsp. | Seed mixture |
2 tbsp. | Sesam |
2 tbsp. | Black cumin |
2 tbsp. | Flaxseed |
1 tbsp. | Olive oil |
2 tbsp. | dried tomato flakes |
100 | Herb or garlic butter |
1 ball | Mozzarella |
2 tbsp. | Sesam |
2 Roll | Roll dough |

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Line a springform pan with baking paper.

Mix the liquid butter with the olive oil and cut the mozzarella into small pieces.

Take one piece of dough at a time and put a piece of mozzarella inside. Then close again.

Briefly dip the dough pieces in the oil-butter mixture and then sprinkle with desired toppings.

Place the dough pieces side by side in the springform pan with a little space between them.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
