Oven vegetables draped with delicious hummus and black tahini dressing not only looks beautiful, but also tastes amazing.
1 Tsp. | Cumin |
2 tbsp. | light tahine |
1 Pinch | Salt |
1 tbsp. | Water |
1 bunch | Carrots |
2 tbsp. | Yeast flakes |
1 point of a knife | Muskat |
1 UNIT | Spring onion |
2 tbsp. | Black tahini |
1 tbsp. | Olive oil |
2 tbsp. | Apple cider vinegar |
1 tbsp. | Balsamic Essig |
1 tbsp. | medium hot mustard |
0.5 bunch | Petersilie |
400 | Chickpeas |
1 Pinch | Pepper |

Step 1/4
Mix all ingredients for the hummus in a blender until creamy.

Rub the carrots with oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 180ºC until cooked through.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl.

Drape everything nicely and enjoy.
