500 g Plums
150 g Yoghurt
110 g Butter (soft)
4 UNIT Eggs
270 g Spelt flour
2 tbsp. Coconut Blossom Syrup
1 Pinch Salt
1 Tsp. Baking soda
0.5 Tsp. Baking powder

    Cut plums.

  • Step 2/5

    Mix all other ingredients until smooth.

  • Step 3/5

    Preheat the oven to 180° C.

  • Step 4/5

    Pour the batter into the cake pan and top with the plums.

  • Step 5/5

    Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
