Summer, sun, smoothie
Especially in summer, you can enjoy many great fruits fresh, such as cherries, strawberries or apricots. The plum season starts in late summer and fall. Apples and pears also reach their peak around the same time. But even without fruit, you can still enjoy preparing drinks to your heart's content in summer.
Sparkling raspberry water
Simple, quick and 100% refreshing - raspberry water is super easy to prepare and keeps you cool on hot days. Simply pour ice-cold water, preferably carbonated, into a large carafe and mix with freeze-dried raspberries, fresh mint and a dash of lime. The freeze-dried fruit has a particularly intense flavor due to the gentle drying process, tastes aromatic and retains all the valuable vitamins and minerals. Of course, this recipe can also be modified as desired. Instead of freeze-dried raspberries, you can use freeze-dried strawberries or peaches, for example.
Fruity iced tea
Homemade iced tea is particularly refreshing and tastes wonderfully light and fruity. Simply brew fruit tea and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Then add ice cubes and a juice of your choice - tart cranberry juice or goji juice is particularly good. You can mix in a few fresh or freeze-dried whole fruits for visual appeal.
Pomegranate lemonade
You only need a few ingredients to make pomegranate lemonade. Mix cold sparkling water with a little lemon, sugar or an alternative sweetener such as xylitol or erythritol and pour in half the pomegranate juice.
Ginger and lemon drink
If you like it spicy, you should definitely try this ginger and lemon drink. Mix ice-cold sparkling water with plenty of lemon juice and finely slice a thumb-sized ginger bulb and add to the mixture. Mix about 100 ml of maple syrup with lemon juice and add to the water, chill and enjoy!
Pineapple, coconut and avocado lassi
Pure exoticism, without going on vacation far away. First, finely puree freeze-dried pineapple and the fresh flesh of a ripe avocado with a little cold water or crushed ice in a blender. Pour in coconut milk - or coconut water if you prefer something slimmer - and season with ginger powder, lime and sugar. If you want to avoid sugar, you can use xylitol or erythritol instead.
Iced coffee or iced chocolate - low in calories
Iced coffee and iced chocolate taste particularly good on hot days, but they pack quite a punch. Of course, this is perfectly okay from time to time. However, if you want to work on your bikini figure a little more, neither is necessarily ideal. For figure-friendly iced coffee: Simply make coffee, add crushed ice or ice cubes and sweeten to taste with a sugar alternative such as xylitol or erythritol. For the cold chocolate drink, brew our chocolate coffee and mix it with crushed ice or ice cubes. For even more chocolate flavor, heat our chocolate drops with a little milk and add the mixture to the coffee. You can add a few chocolate drops on top as a garnish.
Smoothie - the classic
Smoothies should of course not be missing from the list of refreshing summer drinks. Anything that tastes good is allowed here. Freeze-dried fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, cranberries, pineapple, banana or peach slices can be pureed in a blender or with a stick and either water or coconut milk can be added. Fruity variations taste better with water, while exotic drinks, such as a banana and pineapple smoothie, are particularly delicious with coconut cream or coconut water.
