Wir holen das Beste aus roten Linsen raus!

Du kennst uns für unsere knackigen Apfel-Chips oder unsere süßen Bananen-Chips – aber mittlerweile haben wir auch für Snackteam “Herzhaft” eine Menge leckerer Angebote: zum Beispiel unsere Linsenchips Sour Cream. Für die Base braucht es nicht viel: Gewaschene rote Linsen werden in einem ersten Schritt zu einem Teig verarbeitet und rund geformt.

What’s poppin’? Unsere Chips!

Es ploppt und poppt in unserem Pott: In der sogenannten “Pop-Maschine” wird die weiche Masse mithilfe niedriger Temperatur und Druck kurz zusammen gepresst. Nach dem Entlassen poppt der Chip, ähnlich wie eine Reiswaffel, auf.

Linsen Chips mit Sour Cream-Geschmack

Gibt es etwas Besseres als gut gewürzte Kartoffelchips? Gut gewürzte rote Linsen-Chips! Von der “Pop-Maschine” werden die bisher ungewürzten Chips zur “Produktionslinie” transportiert. Dort geht es ab in ein Gewürzbad in der Trommel und anschließend unter die Dusche, wo sie mit einer feinen Wolke aus Sonnenblumenöl besprüht werden.

Nächste Station: “Verpackungslinie”! Hier werden die gewürzten Chips kontrolliert, gewogen und luftdicht in 50 g-Beutel verpackt.

Wer will fleißige Chips-Packer seh’n?

Ciao und Adios, Krabben-Chips, Süßkartoffel-Chips und Kichererbsen-Chips – unsere Linsen Pop Chips mit Sour Cream machen sich nämlich auf den Weg! Fleißige Beutel-Roboter platzieren die einzelnen Packungen im schicken KoRo-Design im Anschluss in großen Kartons. Auf der “Ziellinie” werden die Kartons geschlossen, Aufkleber darauf platziert und alles Weitere wird für den Versand in unser Berliner Lager vorbereitet.
