Good morning, Sunday! You wake up to the sound of rain hitting your windows. You stay under the warm covers for a while. No alarm clock needed today, no work, no obligations, just whatever you feel like doing. Sunday is a rest day, so sleeping in is highly recommended! Once the final remnants of sleepiness are gone, you make your way to the kitchen to prepare your organic vanilla coffee in the french press. Meanwhile, you foam up the barista oat drink and while the coffee boils up and spreads its beloved aroma through your flat, you put on an oldies playlist and start singing away. It is now time for a nice brunch. While you prepare coffee number 2 (organic chocolate coffee this time), it's time for every Sunday's highlight: vegan chocolate chip peanut pancakes, with our famous date and hazelnut spread, our creamy sweet cocoa hummus and the heavenly speculoos spread. Topped with some soy protein crispies and cinnamon and sugar coated apple pieces, you can happily feast away. A great breakfast has never been easier!
