Very tasty raspberry dessert - easy to prepare!

500 g Low-fat quark
200 g Frozen raspberries
60 g Erythritol
25 g Butter
50 g ground almonds
50 g Almond flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla flavor
  • Step 1/4

    Blend the defrosted raspberries with the quark and sweeten with approx. two thirds of the erythritol.

  • Step 2/4

    For the crumble, knead the remaining ingredients together.

  • Step 3/4

    Spread the crumble on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 170°C for approx. 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  • Step 4/4

    Leave to cool and layer the quark and crumble alternately in glasses.
