If you want a change from the classic chickpea hummus, this is it.
2 tbsp. | Tahini |
190 g | Lupinen |
1 Tsp. | Cumin |
1 Tsp. | Coarse salt |
1 UNIT | Garlic cloves |
1 Tsp. | Coriander (ground) |
3 tbsp. | Olive oil |
1 Pinch | Turmeric (ground) |
1 Pinch | Cardamom (ground) |

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

Toppings: some olive oil and/or tahini, sesame seeds and black cumin. (You can replace the lupins 1:1 with chickpeas).
