These crackers are an ideal base for your favorite dips.

100 g Quinoa
1 Tsp. Salt
30 g Olive oil
250 ml Cold water
1 Tsp. Bread spice
40 g Sesam
40 g ground flaxseed
30 g Black cumin seed
40 g Hulled hemp seeds
50 g Sunflower seeds
  • Step 1/7

    Grind quinoa to flour in a high-powered blender.

  • Step 2/7

    Mix ground quinoa in a bowl with salt, bread seasoning, oil, water and flax seeds.

  • Step 3/7

    Mix seeds in an extra bowl.

  • Step 4/7

    Mix 2/3 of the seed mix with the dough.

  • Step 5/7

    Spread dough thinly and quickly on 2 baking sheets with baking paper and sprinkle with remaining seeds.

  • Step 6/7

    Place in preheated oven (convection oven, 160 °C) for 10 min.

  • Step 7/7

    Cut crackers into pieces and then finish baking for 20 - 25 min until crackers are crispy.
