21 g Fresh yeast
600 g Wheat flour
150 ml Lukewarm milk or vegetable drink
40 g Soft vegetable butter
2 l Water
2 Tsp. Salt
6 tbsp. Baking soda
1 tbsp. Coarse salt

    Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and stir in the sugar.

    Add the flour, fine salt and butter and knead the dough for about 7-10 minutes.

    Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl, which you then cover with a cloth. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
