Put 250 g flour, 75 g sugar, 125 g butter, 1 egg, 1 packet vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a food processor and mix until smooth. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the pudding according to package directions, but use a little less milk than indicated (max. 500 ml). Stir in the egg and put the dough in the refrigerator.
