The absolute favorite you can now make yourself: deliciously aromatic falafels.

Add butter to a saucepan and briefly sauté legume mix in it. Add 1/4 liter vegetable broth and simmer for approx. 10 - 15 minutes over medium heat.

In the meantime, chop the onions and press the garlic.

After 15 minutes, briefly puree the legume mix, let the mixture cool and add all other ingredients.

Form small cakes from the mixture with two spoons.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the falafels for about 2 minutes on each side.
