8 leaf Gelatine
20 g 85% chocolate
500 g Low-fat curd cheese
5 g puffed spelt
200 ml Water
25 g Honey
5 g 85% chocolate

    Place puffed spelt and erythritol in a pan and wait for the erythritol to melt.
