Smoothies are still the hit. And why not enjoy a delicious smoothie instead of breakfast when you need it fast? This smoothie is great to prepare and simply take out of the fridge in the morning.

Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk.

Peel bananas and cut in half.

Put the fruit, oatmeal, applesauce and water in the blender and blend well.

The smoothie can be placed in the refrigerator overnight and drunk the next morning.
