Peanut butter paired with a filling of your choice? Sounds like the ideal snack for in between.

Melt coconut oil and mix with erythritol and peanut flour using a whisk.

Pour 2/3 of the mixture into muffin cups and top each with 1 tsp of the filling.

Cover with remaining peanut mixture and refrigerate until firm.
