This protein-rich bowl is enhanced with creamy cashew puree. We are convinced.

90 | Soy cutlets, coarse |
1 | Herbs |
600 ml | Water |
1 | Coconut oil |
1 | Pepper |
1 | Kidney beans |
1 Tsp. | curry powder |
1 | Onion |
1 | Garlic clove |
1 | chopped tomatoes in sauce |

Pour 600 ml of water into a pot and add soy cutlets, coarse. Simmer for 10 minutes and then pour off the water.

Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté.

Cut soy cutlets, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and zucchini into small pieces and add.

Add spices and stir in cashew puree. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour into a bowl or deep plate and decorate with herbs.
