Yes, not for nothing we call our product organic soy sauce salt reduced. With us is guaranteed inside what it says! Our soy sauce consists of ingredients from organic farming and therefore has organic quality. Already knew? Since water and salt are not grown or produced like agricultural products, these ingredients cannot carry an organic seal.
100 ml of our organic soy sauce have 90 kcal. But since the sauce is not for drinking, we want to give you a more useful reference point: One tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) has 9 kcal.
Our reduced salt soy sauce contains 12 g of salt per 100 ml. Thus, you save almost 30% salt if you use our salt-reduced soy sauce instead of the conventional one. The German Nutrition Society recommends that adults should not consume more than 6 g of table salt per day. This is mainly because an increased salt intake can lead to an inability to maintain normal blood pressure. In addition, the ingredients for our soy sauce come from organic farming and the sauce was brewed in the traditional way.
Our organic soy sauce is fawn, but do not worry - it is not shy! So you can assign it to the light soy sauces, because, as just said, it looks fawn and is also thin.
There are countless recipes in which soy sauce provides the right seasoning. First and foremost, these are dishes from the various cuisines of Asia: all noodle and rice dishes from the wok, ramen or sushi. But the umami of the sauce also gives dressings and marinades a spicy note that supports the taste of the entire dish. Lifehack: Do not dip the rice in the sauce when making sushi, but only the nori leaf, because the rice absorbs a lot of the sauce within a short time. And then you don't taste much apart from soy sauce - although we also do that to our soy sauce!
We recommend that you store the soy sauce in a cool, dry place and protect it from the effects of light. In the original sealed PET bottle, the salt-reduced organic soy sauce can be stored for at least 24 months. Once opened, you should store the soy sauce in the refrigerator.
Our reduced salt organic soy sauce comes from the east of China. Also originally soy sauce comes from China, but today it is used in many cuisines of Asian countries. In all these countries - from Korea, to Indonesia, to Thailand - different types of soy sauces have developed. Especially the soy sauce from China and Japan are used all over the world today, differing in recipe, consistency, color and taste. Our organic soy sauce is intense but smooth, typically spicy and full of character.

I am convinced by this product.
