These beautiful glasses are a real eye-catcher as a dessert or at brunch with friends and not only that - they are also super easy to prepare.

Melt the chocolate drops in a bain-marie.

For the chia flour: process the chia seeds in a blender to a fine flour.

Pour the melted chocolate over the rim of your glasses and place them in the fridge for at least an hour and a half.

Mix all the other ingredients (except the toppings) in a blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with blueberries and puffed quinoa.
