Delicious coconut almond balls.

Step 1/4
Mix the coconut oil , coconut puree and cashew puree together in a heatproof bowl and melt over a water bath.

Stir in the maple syrup and the coconut flakes and place the mixture in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Step 3/4
Form 15 balls and press a blanched almond into the center of each ball.

Step 4/4
Dredge the balls in shredded coconut.
