Tired of the classic porridge with chocolate? Then try this lemony poppy seed porridge!

15 g Feeding power
55 g Oatmeal
1 Pinch Salt
250 ml Coconut drink
5 g Mohn
100 g Coconut yogurt
1 tbsp. Sweetener of your choice (e.g. erythritol)
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
0.5 Tsp. Lemon peel
150 ml Water
  • Step 1/3

    Mix oat flakes with starch, poppy seeds, salt and lemon zest. Then simmer in coconut drink and a little water (50-150 ml depending on cooking time and desired consistency) until creamy.

  • Step 2/3

    Mix in most of the yogurt and lemon juice and sweeten as needed.

  • Step 3/3

    Top with remaining yogurt and serve.
