A nice porridge with baked apple - also ideal for takeaway.

1 UNIT Apple
50 g Low-fat curd cheese
50 g Oatmeal
10 g Hazelnut puree
0.5 Tsp. Cinnamon
5 g Hazelnuts chopped
  • Step 1/4

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC convection.

  • Step 2/4

    Grate half the apple and dice and/or slice the other half.

  • Step 3/4

    Mix all ingredients and pour into an ovenproof dish. Bake for about 12-15 min, depending on how large the mold is.

  • Step 4/4

    Optionally, you can still use low-fat curd cheese and hazelnuts as a topping.
