What is the best way to store cashews, and what is their shelf life?

If you store your cashews in a cool and dry place, away from direct light, they will keep for at least 15 months – in the unopened original packaging, of course.

How can I continue to use the natural cashews?

The question should rather be what the cashews can't be used for. Puree a nut? Oh yes, it works! Try it out! Soak the nuts in hot water for 30 minutes beforehand and off into the blender with them. If you don't like the creamy consistency of pureed nuts, there are many other uses for them: Roasting in the oven or in a pan - both are possible! The sweetest among us can also simply dip their cashews in chocolate or caramelize in the pan - to melt away!

Can you cook with cashews?

Yes, because cashews are great for making various sauces like cashew avocado sauce, cashew bechamel sauce, cashew broccoli sauce, cashew burger sauce or a delicious cashew carbonara. On the sauces, ready, go! To the Buddha Bowl, in the potato gratin or even in soups, the cashews are also very popular - enough scope to get creative!
