Not only the nutritional values, but also the fine nutty taste have convinced us. That's why we offer you particularly high-quality nut flours in large packs. At KoRo, you can buy different types of nut flours and let your creativity run free in the kitchen.

We have high-quality partially de-oiled peanut flour, coconut flour and almond flour in efficient large packs for you. What does it mean when a flour is de-oiled?
When a nut flour is deoiled, most of the oil has been removed from the nut using a mechanical pressing process. This drastically reduces the fat content – and thus the calorie content. We have partially de-oiled organic peanut flour in our range for you. This peanut flour can replace conventional wheat flour 1:1 and, in addition to its slightly nutty taste, also scores with amazing nutritional values: peanut flour has a full 45 grams of protein per 100 grams.
Our nut flours offer you these advantages
Nut flours have special nutritional values and are particularly popular because of their low carbohydrate content. We also appreciate them for their fine nutty taste!
Nut flour is a good source of protein
The nutritional values of our nut flours are pretty impressive in terms of protein. Our ground almonds have 21 grams of protein per 100 grams of flour. The partially de-oiled organic golden linseed flour contains a sporty 42 grams of protein per 100 grams of flour. And, as mentioned, our front-runner in terms of protein is our partially de-oiled organic peanut flour: a full 45 grams of protein per 100 grams of peanut flour. Proteins help you build and maintain muscle and are therefore particularly interesting for athletes.
Nut flour is a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour
Just a few years ago, people who wanted to avoid gluten or had to avoid it had a hard time finding good alternatives to conventional wheat flour. Fortunately, today this is a lot easier and you can also buy gluten-free flour from us. Our organic coconut flour is naturally gluten-free and has a deliciously subtle coconut flavour. But be aware: coconut flour cannot replace conventional flour 1:1 and should be combined with other (nut) flours.
Some nut flours are low in carbohydrates
Our almond flour is particularly suitable for a low-carb diet due to its low carbohydrate content. There are just 7.6 grams of carbohydrates in 100 grams of almond flour. Conventional wheat flour contains almost 10 times as many carbohydrates. This is precisely why almond flour has been celebrated by low-carb fans for some time – and rightly so!
How to use nut flours
You can use nut flours for both sweet pastries and savoury dishes, for example to thicken sauces.
Tip: When baking, you can add 1 teaspoon of guar gum or psyllium husk, as nut flours have a weaker binding ability than wheat flour. This will ensure that your cakes don't crumble!
For example, you can make this delicious curry and use peanut flour to thicken the sauce. This ensures the ideal creamy consistency! Almond and coconut flour are particularly suitable for sweet dishes, and the fine nutty flavour of almond flour comes into its own in this fudgy apple and carrot bread.

If you grind them for too long, you will end up with almond butter. To make almond flour or nut flour yourself, you need an oil press. To make things easier for you, we have already done this for you and you can easily order nut flour from us!
How is nut flour made?
Making nut flour is not that complicated. Nut flour is often even a by-product of nut oil extraction. The nuts are mechanically pressed and the oil is extracted. What is left over is the so-called press cake. This is ground into a fine powder and tada! Nut flour is ready.
